Ron van Bloois new partner at HEVO

Mr R. (Ron) van Bloois, BBE MSc RE, is appointed as partner at HEVO as of January 1, 2019. Since 2011 he has been working for the prestigious firm for real estate consultancy and risk-bearing project management in ’s-Hertogenbosch, an independent company within the TBI Holdings.

Van Bloois has a background in development and investment, and is determined to create future-proof solutions in the built environment. He has an extensive track record and has built a large network, especially in the area of (public) real estate. He also initiated and led numerous developments in (semi-)commercial properties. Since 2012 Van Bloois has been visiting lecturer at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate on the subjects of (health care) property finance and business cases. In the past few years, as leader of the Health care Division, Van Bloois wrote numerous articles, participated as speaker at congresses and was active in the field of strategic (real estate) issues at board room level.

In his role as partner Van Bloois will particularly focus on expanding the activities in the investor community. As a result of increased internationalisation not only the established order but also foreign investors are looking for alternative asset categories to invest in (health care, education, student housing and thematic investments). HEVO plays a valuable connecting role between the public and private sector as consultant and risk-bearing party.

This gives security to both the healthcare operator and the financial party. As a risk partner, we also share their interests. We agree on performance in advance and we deliver. These guarantees can be extended to the postcommissioning phase. This requires a high degree of entrepreneurship.
